Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

2. Returns – Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we accept returns provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags and seals are intact
  • You notify us within 14 days of delivery

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Or a repair (where applicable)

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
